All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District
Educational Officers , Regional Inspecting Officers, Deputy Vocational
Officers in the State are hereby informed that the following Press note
regarding collection of fee from the students for the academic year 2020-
2021 is herewith communicated

for taking necessary action in the
"With a view to facilitate the Managements of Private Schools(
including the junior colleges)and Private Teacher Educational Institutions
in school Education smooth running after the schools are reopened on
the direction of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Chairperson of
Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulating and Monitoring Commission hereby directs the the Managements of Private Schools/Junior Colleges and Private Teacher Educational Institutions in School Education to collect only the first quarter tuition fee as fixed for the last academic year at the
time of admission of a child/student.
However, keeping in view the financial hardships faced by some of the parents of the children, who request for instalment facility, the Private School Managements (including the junior colleges) are directed to consider the plea of parents sympathetically and help them to pay the first quarter fee in two equal instalments (with a gap of at least 45 days)
and to note that in no case admission should be rejected to a child justbecause full quarter tuition fee is not paid.
