COVID-19 Pandemic Payment of Salaries/Wages/Remuneration/Honorarium for month of

Andhra Pradesh had initially imposed lockdown till 14th April, 2020 vide the

reference third cited under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 as per the guidelines

issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for the containment of

the COVID-19 pandemic & has further extended the lockdown till 3rd May, 2020 in

line with the decision of Government of India in order to contain the spread of the

disease.

2. The Government, have issued orders vide the references fourth and sixth, read

with the reference fifth cited, for the deferment of the payment of Salaries/Wages/

Remuneration/Honorarium/Pensions until further orders, in view of the

circumstances stated in detail in the said order.

3. Since the circumstances prevailing since the issuance of the orders in the

references fourth, fifth & sixth cited, have not materially altered, the Government

hereby order that the deferred payment of Salaries/Wages/Remuneration

Honorarium, as per the pattern prescribed in reference fourth, fifth & sixth cited

above, shall continue for the month of April 2020 payable in May 2020.

4. Further, the Government, after having considered the hardships being faced

by the pensioners, hereby order for the payment of full pensions to all the categories

of pensioners, as per the usual scale & procedure.
