Supply of Three pairs of Uniforms for th~ year 2019-20 - Release of Uniform Stitching charges - conttrmation of Mothers BankAccounts - Orders

All the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Project Coordinators/Additional

Projector Coordinators, Samagra Shikshain the State are informed that in the reference

1st cited, an amount of Rs.23,72,81,680/- (Rs.Twenty Three Crores Seventy Two Lakhs

Eighty One thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Only) have been released to all the

District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Project Coordinators, Samagra Shikshain the

state towards stitching charges of uniforms (2 pairs) @ Rs.80/- to the students studying

in Govt/ZPP/MPP/MunicipaIjAided/Model/KGBV/ Madarsas/APREIS from the uniform

budget and requestedthem to transfer the stitching charges to the parent accounts.

Further, the relevant children information has been shared to the Project

Coordinators/Additional Projector Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State so as to

enable them to deposit the stitching charges amount to the parent accounts.

Furthermore, it is informed that during the review meeting with the all the

district officials of the state, the FAOsexpressed their difficulty and also informed that

the time is not sufficient for them to updation of Bank accounts, Uniforms data,

creation of Beneficiary ids and that may lead to lapseof budget.

In this connection to avoid budget lapses, it is decided to disburse the Uniform

Stitching Chargescentrally to the Parents / Guardian accounts by way Direct Beneficiary

Transfer (DBT). Necessaryprovision is made available through APCFSSin Ammavodi

logins to update and confirm the Bank Accounts and student related details.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Project Coordinators

Additional Projector Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to issue

instructions to all the Headmasters to confirm the Bank Account details in the

Ammavodi for enabling this office to disbursethe same.
