The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the

references read above, wherein a special programme – No School Bag Day

(Srujana – Sanivaram Sandadi) was designed for primary school children under all

managements in the state and instructions were issued for its implementation.

The main objective of this programme is to create joyful, child friendly learning

atmosphere in all primary schools, but it is observed that the above said programme

was not being implemented on proper lines in some of the schools in the state. In

order to implement the above programme in letter and spirit by the managements of

all schools in the state, all the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers,

Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the State and Head

Masters of all School Complexes in the state are requested to visit 2 private schools

and one government school on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.

Therefore, all the above mentioned officers are requested to submit the visit

report duly filled in the proforma attached and upload the same in the website link

given below for taking further action in the matter.
