SPANDANA -Conduct Review on Grievances-

All the District Educational Officers, in the state are hereby informed

that the Government have introduced Spandana Grievance Management

System to redress the grievances of the citizens time to time properly and

effectively. In this connection they are instructed to take up detailed review

meeting with concerned officials such as Deputy Educational Officers/Mandal

Educational Officers etc., in their districts by every week on the disposal of the

Grievances at their level and take necessary action to redress all pending

grievances as per time line specified.

Further they are directed to submit status report to this office soon after

completion of review every week without fail.
