School Education-Nadu Nedu- Physical Progress-Guidelines- Issued

Government vide the GO cited in 1st ref. have accorded administrative

approval for taking up infrastructure works in 9 identified components in all the

schools under Mana Badi Nadu Nedu programme in three phases. 15715 schools

will be taken under phase-I during 2019-20.

The State Project Director, Samagra Siksha & Commissioner, School

Education has visited Bhavita center and MRC at Kanchikacherla of Krishna district,

on 18th March 2020, and found the MRCs require major repairs. Similarly requests

are made from the districts to take up infrastructure development in MRCs and

Bhavita centers.

In light of this, it is decided to assess the infrastructure status of MRCs and

Bhavita centers in the state so that, the infrastructure development for these

institutions can also be taken up under Nadu Nedu.

The probable infrastructure requirement will be,

1. Major & Minor repairs including toilet repairs.

2. Paintings

3. Furniture (Class Room +Staff +Projector & Screen)

4. Compound wall
