Hire vehicles to Deputy Educational Officers in the Districts for a period of 12 Months i.e., from 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021 – Permission & Certain Instructions – Issued
In continuation of this proceedings read above, all the District
Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha
in the State are informed that the State Project Director, Samagra
Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati., is hereby accorded permission to
engage a car on hired basis to the Deputy Educational Officers in the
Districts where they are working in the post of regular/in charge/ FAC
(working under ZP is not recommended) as per the District norms for
close monitoring of High Schools, SSC examination preparation and MDM
delivery, etc duly meeting the expenditure from Samagra Shiksha funds
for a period of 12 months i.e., from 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021.
Further they are informed and see that the Deputy Educational
officers should send their monthly schedule of the visits/ inspections to
the State Office through the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio
Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha concerned by 5 th of every
month. They should monitor the progress of Civil Works, MDM monitoring
etc. They should submit their Inspection/ visit reports within 3 days after
completion of their visits to State office with detailed remarks. The
deficiencies pointed out should be rectified by the School authorities/
District officials and to this effect they should submit their first compliance
report within fortnight from the date of receipt of the Inspection / Visit
report and further compliance reports are to be submitted till closure of all
issues in Inspection / Visit reports.
They are requested to instruct the Deputy Educational Officers to
hire a car from the registered agencies and make agreement with the
agency for the above said period. The payment will be made to the agency
