The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and

Principal of A.P.Model Sčhools in the State is hereby invited to the subject cited and they are

informed that the Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department and the

Commissioner of School Education and Ex-Officio Project Director have directed to convene

Video conference with all the Principals of A.P.Model Schools on 7-03-2020 from 1-00 p.m. to

2-00 p.m.

Hence, they are hereby informed to attend the Video Conference with detailed

information as per the agenda items given below.

1. S.S.C results for the last three years.

2. No. of 10/10 GPA secured for the last three years

3. No of Prathibha Awards secured for the last three years.

4. Analysis on SA-1 results of X Class.

5. Remedial measures taken up for under achievers to achieve 100% pass.
