Adhoc allocation of food grains under Mid Day Meal Scheme for the 1st and 2nd quarters (i.e., during April, 2020 to September, 20) of financial year 2020-21 for the classes 1 to 8th and IX-X classes–
I wish to inform you that the Government of India in reference
cited have communicated the ad-hoc allocation of food grains under
Mid Day Meal Scheme for the 1st and 2nd quarters (i.e., during April,
2020 to September, 2020) of financial year 2020-21 for Primary, Upper
Primary schools and NCLP schools. The district-wise allocation of food
grains for the 1st and 2nd quarters for Primary Upper Primary schools
and NCLP schools is enclosed herewith.
Further, I also enclose herewith the statement showing that
district-wise requirement of food grains under National Programme of
Mid Day Meals in Schools for the 1st and 2nd Quarters (April, 2020 to
September, 2020 for IX & X classes.
I, therefore request you to allocate the food grains to the districts
as per the statement enclosed and submit the bills for procurement of
rice and transportation charges for IX & X classes for taking necessary
action in the matter.
