All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators

of Samagra Shiksha is informed that Vocational Education Scheme is being

implemented from 2016 in RMSA and after subsequent changes in the

Centrally Sponsored Scheme now the RMSA is subsumed under the

Samagra Shiksha and all the schemes dealt in RMSA is merged in Samagra

Shiksha Society.

It is further informed that a review meeting was held on 29.01.2020

with all the VTPs with regard to the performance and the State Project

Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP., has instructed to conduct a surprise visit

on all the VE implementing schools in the state during the visit the following

lapses were identified

As per the guidelines 200 hours to Schools and 300 hours to Intermediate

Colleges i.e., Model schools in the state where Vocational Education is

implementing has to be taught, but till now 30 hours on an average was

completed.

The Concerned HMs are not allotting the classes to the VTs on regular

basis.

The Vocational Trainers are being used to other purposes other than their

recruitment.

Some of the Vocational Coordinators have represented the SPO that the

Vocational Trainers are deputed to the single Teacher schools as per the

instructions of the DEOs of the concerned districts which is not a healthy

practice for development of Vocational Education in the state.

Therefore the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are instructed to follow the following

instructions for streamlining the Vocational Education scheme in the state.

To instruct all the HMs/Principals where Vocational Education is

implementing to allot the classes to complete the syllabus as per

guidelines i.e., 200 hours to Schools and 300 hours to Intermediate

Colleges (AP Model Schools).

The concerned HMs/Principals should be instructed to not to utilize the

services of the Vocational Trainers other than Vocational Education
