It is to inform that due to subsuming of RMSA and Teacher Education

samagra shiksha, all the funds available in RMSA and TE schemes have to be

credited to samagra shiksha accounts for proper implementation of the programs

early. On verification of the audited consolidated utilization certificates there is

a balance of an amount of Rs.21,051.06 lakhs under non recurring and

Rs.8,250.44 lakhs under recurring is available as on 31.3.2019 in RMSA

account. The expenditure and balance available in the districts as on date of

merging of RMSA in SS has not been furnished to this office from RMSA

officials.

In view of the above the DEOs are instructed to furnish the expenditure

and balance available in the districts in bank account (including schools), bank

pass books and upto date cash books along with paid vouchers of RMSA to the

District Project Offices immediately.

Treat this as an urgent matter as the report is due to government and

furnish early reply.
