School Education – Payment of Maintenance Grant @6% to the Aided Managements –Regarding.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited

to the reference 2nd read above where in they were requested to furnish the

financial implications in respect of all aided Schools in the State regarding M.G

@6% in the prescribed proforma. But no District Educational Officers has

submitted the report to this Office so far.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested

to furnish the above information to this Office with in two days in soft and hard

copies in the prescribed proforma as requested in the reference 2nd read above

to avoid further legal complications.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are

requested to pursue the matter with the District Educational Officers of their

jurisdiction and see that the information reach to this Office with in two days.
