Hon ble High Court., A.P., Amaravathi in WP.No. 19833/2019 has passed the following

order Dt.10.12.2019.

"Govt. Pleader for Services for the petitioners.

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, arises out of the

interim order dated 26.12.2018 passed in O.A.No.2614 of 2018 by the Andhra Pradesh

Administrative Tribunal.

The challenge of the interim order passed by the Tribunal after one year on the

instance of the Government do not appear to be desirable and in the facts, it do not

warrant any interference in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand disposed of."
