MDM-Suits-Non filing of Counters in Writ Petitions pertains to Mid Day Meal Scheme filed by the Mid Day Meal agencies and others- status report called for
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to
the reference read above, wherein the Special Secretary to Government, School
Education Department has conducted a review on court cases held on 24/02/2020.
During the review the Legal Consultant opined that some of the Districts are not
filing counters in Mid Day lYeal scheme like termination of Cooking agencies,
Payment of Kitchen Sheds etc. The Special Secretary to Government instructed to
submit the status on court cases within 3 working days.
In this context, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested
to furnish the status of the court cases in the prescribed proforma attached here
under for taking further action in the matter.
