Communication skills programme Training Centres at ULB Level with

Cambridge Assessment English - Certain instructions - Issued - Regarding.

The attention of the Commissioners of Municipal Corporations and

Municipalities in the state is invited to the reference cited, wherein Government

have approved eight components under Transformation of Municipal Schools

Project vide reference 1st read above and one of the component is Integrated

Communication skills programme, with Cambridge Certification, targeting a

rounding 5000 teacher's phases

In this regard necessary intuitionally arrangements have been put in place

with Cambridge Assessment English, to take up and complete the learning from

3rd Feb to 25th Feb. Detailed training Schedule and Modules are enclosed

(Annexure-I). Training should be given at ULB Level by Launchpad LLC Agency as

provided by Cambridge.

ULBS to identify the Municipal Teachers and Training Centres for the above

programme vide reference 3 read above. However, there are Certain gaps yet to

be completed and the same as given in Annexure-II. The Municipal

Commissioners of the ULBs are directed to complete and ensure they are in place

by 29-01-2020 (Faculty dealing with 10th classes should not be involved).

1. Books, Materials, Work Books and Training Kit.

2. Web and Mobile Application (after training).

3. Refreshments, lunch and other consumables during the training

programme.

4. Online Exam centres for final Assessment in each ULB.
