ORDER:

All the DEOS & Ex- Officio Project coordinators/Addl. Project

Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that the State

Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP has taken a decision to make online of

the diet management of the KGBV schools. Accordingly online Diet

Management portal for KGBV schools of the state is developed in web portal.

Further the diet management web portal is to be tested for

understanding the practical field problems and to develop the portal for regular

usage. Hence, it is proposed to conduct a workshop on 28-02-2020 at State

project office, Vijayawada with the following persons.

I. One Accountant and one computer assistant from the KGBVs

among the District. (13 Accountants + 13 Computer Assistants)

Accountant and KGBV section assistant (Jr Asst. or Sr. Asst) who

is dealing with the KGBV subject from the Dist. Project Office.(13

Accountants+ 13 KGBV Section Assistants).

3. Hence, all the DEOS & Ex- Officio Project coordinators/ Addl. Project

Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby directed to select and

depute the staff for the one day workshop on 28-02-2020. The TA & DA for the

participants shall be met from the DPO cost of their respective Districts.
