All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that it has been

observed by the undersigned that the attendance marked through e-hazar reflects

decrease in the percentage marked. The reasons for such inordinate decrease are not

known and this needs to be redressed immediately.

Therefore, all the District Educational Offcers in the State are requested to

ensure that the percentage of e-hazar is 100%. The District-wise performance is

appended to this proceeding.
