Event of 27th NCSC-2019 at Kerala for "Interactive Evaluation" by Dr. KV Rao Scientific

Society, at APCOST - Vijayawada scheduled on 01.03.2020- Reg.

APCOST (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Science & Technology) wish to inform that

another opportunity in the way of "Dr. K V Rao Scientific Society, Hyderabad" is provided to the

participants of Andhra Pradesh state in the National Event of 27h CSC-2019 held at Kerala.

"Dr. K.V. Rao Scientific Society, Hyderabad has been conducting "interactive evaluation" to

the students selected for National CsC participants every year. The students selected from State

level to National Level "27th Children Science Congress-2019" will have to present their projects

once again in presence of eminent educationists and scientists. The Society thus will select feo

projects/students for awards and announces these awards during the Annual Function of KVRSS."

The awards consists a trophy, merit certificate and scholarship of Rs.500/- only per annum to each

student selected. The scholarship continues till the children finish studies from the schools".

Hence it is informed all the National event participants (as per list enclosed) to attend the

event along with ONE escort member, scheduled at "APCOST-Vijayawada" on 01.03.2020 (Sunday)

from 10.00am to 5.00pm. The participants can leave by 01.03.2020 evening.

It is further informed that, M/s. Dr. KV Rao Scientific Society, Hyderabad will extend

hospitality (breakfast & Lunch) & assured to reimburse travel expenses (Sleeper Class train fare or

APSRTC Super Luxury Bus fare) to the participants only "on submission of Original Tickets".
