Release of budget to the tune of Rs. To the District Project

Offices of Samagra Shisksha towards incurring the expenditure for

implementation of the SHALA SHIDDHI Programme for the F.Y 2019-20 - Orders

Issued.

ORDER:

It is to inform that, the National Programme on School Standards and

Evaluation (NPSSE ), known as " SHAALA SIDDHI " is identified as a comprehensive

instrument for school evaluation which leads to school improvement. It is developed

by the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA).

In this regard the Project Approval Board has provided budget an amount

227.568 Lakhs for 37,928 Elementary Schools in the state Rs. 600 per school for

the implementatoin of Shaala Siddhi - School Standards & Evaluation Programme in

the State at Elementary Level.

At secondary level PAB has provided budget Rs.41.052 lakhs for

implementation of Shala Shiddhi Programme - in 6842 Secondary Schools@ Rs 600o

per school.

In view of the above to implement the SHALA SHIDDHI programme in the

state and Under the Powers vested with the State Project Director, Samagra

Shiskah,Vijayawadad, A.P Sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount of Rs.

2,68,62000/- (Rupees Two Crores sixty eight lakh sixty two thousand only) to the

District Collector Chairman of District Project offices of Samagra Shiskah for

Implementation of the Shala Shiddhi Programme in 13 Districts of A.P as detailed

below:
