ORDER:

Detailed instructions have been issued on 20-11-2019 duly mentioning all steps to be

followed in confirming the NR data by the heads of the institutions of all schools that are presenting

candidates for SSC Public Examinations March 2020.

The following instructions are issued in uddition to the above to cnsure the successful

receipt of error frec NR data relating to the SSC Public Examinations March 2020 online.

1. Ensure close monitoring through Dy.Eos on daily basis regarding the schools that have not

confirmed the NR data till now.

Management wise confirmation of NR data information has to be kept preserved with the

DEOs.

3. The confirmution of NR data by the HMs concerned, verification by the Dy.Eos and DEOs

and from there to DGE shall be strictly through online only.

4. Under any circumstances the hard copies shall not be insisted from the schools irrespective

of the managements. Any information on deviation of this instructions will be viewed

seriously and disciplinary procecdings shall be initiated.

s. Teams shall be constituted at DEO and Dy.Eo level to confim the Online NR data subnitted

by the HMs concerned through online as multiple logins (upto 5 to the Dy.Eos and upto 10

to the DEOs) huve already bcen provided for the purpose.

6. Information shall be furnished by 9h January in the proformas (02 excel shects) that are

already communicated for the following purpose.
