The Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati desires to convene

a meeting with all the e-hazar District Nodal Officers in the state and the Vendors

of e-hazar, i.e., M/s Karvy Data management Ltd, M/s Analogics Pvt, Ltd., APT

Online, AlRTEL, BSNL and IDEA on 10.01.2020 by 10.00AM in the Conference

Hall, 4th Floor, O/o CSE, AP, Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada on the implementation

of e-Hazar (Bio-metric attendance) of Students, teachers and non-teaching staff

in offices under the School Education department.

Hence they are requested to attend the said review meeting with all the

relevant details without fail.

Further all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to

relieve the District Nodal Officers of e-Hazar to attend the review meeting on

10.01.2020 by 10.00 AM without fail. Any deviation in attending the said meeting

will be viewed serious and necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against

the concerned.
