Sub:- School Education Department- Reinstatement of teachers who are suspended

under child sexual abuse cases-Certain Instructions Issued Reg.

All the Regional Joint Directors/District Educational Officers in the state are

hereby informed that it is brought to notice of the Commissioner of School Education,

AP, lbrahimpatnam that certain District Educational Oficers have reinstated the

teachers who are suspended under child sexual abuse cases within a short period of

time without initiating the necessary disciplinary action and without reviewing the

suspension against them as per rules in force.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors/ District Educational Officers in the

while

state

suspending/reinstatement of such Headmasters/teachers:-

i. Conduct enquiry immediately after receiving the complaint without any delay.

i. File criminal cases against such HMs/teachers.

ii. Take action as per POCSO Act and other laws related to Child sexual Abuse.

iv.Take disciplinary action immediately on the accused teachers.

v. Do not reinstate such teachers until completion of enquiry and other

disciplinary actions against them by reviewing the suspension periodically as

per rules up to two years.

Any deviation to the above instructions will be viewed seriously.
