4. The MEOs Union Leaders have met the SPD, APSS, Amaravati on

30.12.2019.

In continuation of this office instructions vide reference 3d cited above, all

the Mandal Educational Officers in the state are informed that, issued instructions

earlier for utilization of the BRC/MRC grant during the year 2019-20 financial year

as mentioned beloW:

"The Mandal Resource Center Grant shall be purchased or finished in

with the approval of the Committee established by the

Mandal Education Officer, thhe Heads of the two School Conıplex and the Heads of the rwo

Primary / Primary Schools." (The Committee is proposed with the School

Complex HMs & Heads of the Primary Schools for the funds utilized

accordance

properly and not misuses of the grant)

In this regard, the Mandal Educational Officer's Union Leaders have met the

SPD, APSS, Amaravati on 30.12.2019, requesting to relaxation the joint account of

MEO and two School Complex and the Heads of the two primary/primary schools

for utilization of the MRC grant.

In this context, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the State are once

again informed to follow the earlier guidelines for utilization of the BRC/MRC grant

during the year 2019-20 financial year without fail.

Any deviation in this regard action will be initiated against the defaulters as

per CCA Rules in force.
