meeting by AP Samagra Shiksha with collaboration with the UNICEF on the

Outcome based Planning indicator with Planning Coordinators, ASOs/APOs,

MIS of each district from 22d to 24th January, 2020 at APHRDI, Bapatla - Reg.

Adverting to the reference cited above, all the DEO & Ex-officio Project

Coordinators and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

informed that, the AP Samagra Shiksha has decided to conduct of residential mode

Orientation meeting with collaboration of UNICEF on the Outcome based Planning

indicator of Planning Coordinators, ASOs/APOS, MIS of each district from 22md to

24th January, 2020 at APHRDI, Bapatla.

Therefore, all the DEO & Ex-officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to depute the above said

planning indicator of Planning Coordinators, ASOs/APOs, MIS of each district well

in advance to the said residential mode Orientation meeting from 22nd to 24th

January, 2020 at APHRDI, Bapatla without fail.

In this regard, the Planning Coordinator, ASO/APO, MIS Coordinator, OoSC

Coordinator, SAMO, and Faculty of SIEMAT wing of this office are also requested to

attend the said residential mode Orientation meeting at APHRDI, Bapatla.
