Further continuation of Permanent / Temporary / Supernumerary posts under Plan and Non-pan – Information in the given proforma

The attention of the Director, SCERT / all Regional Joint Directors of

School Education / District Educational Officers / Principals, IASEs, CTEs, DIETs,

GCPEs, RIPE is invited to the ref 2nd cited, wherein they were requested to

furnish comprehensive details of all Permanent / Temporary / Supernumerary

Posts lying in the units under their administrative control to the O/o. the

Commissioner of School Education on or before 5th December, 2019 in hard

and soft copies. But, no information is received so far.

Hence, the Director, SCERT / all Regional Joint Directors of School

Education / District Educational Officers / Principals, IASEs, CTEs, DIETs, GCPEs,

RIPE are once again requested to furnish comprehensive details of all

Permanent / Temporary / Supernumerary Posts lying in the units under their

administrative control i.e., in the local, District, Zonal and Multi Zonal cadres

situated in their respective jurisdictions duly indicating the vacancies post wise

in the given proforma ( in excel sheet only) mandatorily to O/o the

Commissioner of School Education on or before 20th January, 2020 in hard

and soft copies to mail id academic-inspections@apschooledu.in,

jdee.cse@apschooledu.in, so as to consolidate and submit to the Govt. The

information should be provided in a separate excel sheet proforma for each

management viz., 1) Government, 2) ZPP / MPP, 3) Municipalities, 4) Private

Aided 5) Hindi Vidyalas, 6) Oriental Schools, 7) Special Schools, 8) Vocational

Education , 9) DIETs, 10) CTEs, 11) IASEs, 12) GCPEs, 13) RIPEs, 14) Posts Under

ITDA and 15) Others if any.
