I draw your attention to the references cited above, Ministry of Human Resource

Development Department of School Education & Literacy, Shastri Bhavan, New delhi

has communicated guideline for the date collection for Updation UDISE+ in the States.

And informed that the reference for data collection wlll be 30th September 2019 and

mode of collection is online as has been done in 2018-19 with timeline from 05.12.2019

to 15.03.2020, and communicated Final DCF (for Class I to XII) with incorporated

modifications.

In this regard an orientation cum training workshop is required for various levels

of Stakeholders of UDISE+ ecosystem in different levels of administration to create

awareness and entry and correction level to get correct data.

In this Connection all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project

Coordinator and Additional Project Coordinator of SS in the state are informed that the

Govt of India has fixed the date of reference for the data collection as 30.09.2019 to

process the collecting of Aadhar integrated Child info and UDISE, SIMS for the year

2019-20 as per the time schedule.

The State Level/Regional Team have been constituted to monitor the process till

completion of the work as mention below.
