All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education/District Educational

Officer & Ex-officio Project Coordinators, and Addl. Project Coordinators of the

Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that, the Deputy Secretary to the Govt,

Gol, New Delhi has informed vide reference cited, all the State/UTs, KVS, CBSE,

NVS, CTSA, and NIOS are requested to constitute "EBSB Clubs" in their schools.

The aim of the club shall be to propagate language, culture of the paired States

through the activities suggested in the guidelines. There shall be one EBSB CLUB in

each school having of students as members and the members of the club should meet

at least once in a week. The details of the clubs (in the following format) constituted

may be sent to the Ministry at ekbharatschools.gov@gmail.com by the end of

January, 2020.
