In the meeting held in reference fifth cited, the Chief Secretary to

Government had asked for furnishing detailed information on vacant posts in

various government departments in specific formats.

In this regard, it is informed that all Secretariat Departments/ HoDs have

furnish

www.apbudget.apcfss.in under menu item Direct Recruitment Vacancies entry.

The Secretariat departments and respective HoDs have been provided the Logins

to enter the data. Secretariat Departments can pull the data from their respective

HoDs and approve the same.

Guidelines:

The important data entry fields are indicated below:

1. Total Number of Sanctioned Posts

2. Total No. of vacancies

3. Percentage of Direct Recruitment (DR) posts

4. Recruitment Agency

5. Service Category

6. No. of DR vacancies including arrears

7. No. of promotion category vacancies

8. No. of DR vacancies presently filled on contract basis

9. No. of DR vacancies presently filled on out sourcing basis

10. No. of posts that can be surrendered due to formation of Village/Ward

Secretariats.

11. No. of posts that can be surrendered due to appointment of

Village/Ward Volunteers.

12. No. of posts that can be surrendered because of non-relevance and post

not required

13. Minimum No. of posts to be filled immediately

14. Priority of posts to be filled: Very High Priority, High Priority, Medium

Priority, Low Priority.
