The attention of All the District Educational Officers in the State is invited

to the reference read above where in specific instructions were issued to obtain and

submit option forms from the parents of the students studying in the Classes I to X in

on 22-01-2020 and to submit the same in the shape of booklet for each School to

this Office by 24-01-2020.

Further, they are informed that the options forms submitted by them but

not in proper manner in spite of clear instructions issued in the reference cited. They

are therefore hereby directed to depute 4 Junior/Senior Assitants/other persons who

are having computer knowledge and 2 office subordinates to this office on 27-1-20

with instructions to stay here 3 to 4 days and to prepare school wise/mandal wise

abstract of the options forms and to keep the option forms in trunk boxes.
