All the Additional Project Coordinators and all District Sectoral officers are directed to

submit the following reports and required information on or before 15 December, 2019.

1. Feedback from the CRPS on CRPs Monitoring App.

2. All the Staff details (Sanctioned, Working and Vacant) viz., Contract, Outsource, Temporary staff

details with designation, section wise and along with financial information viz., salaries and other

allowances (if paid).

3. All the Additional Project Coordinators of Districts must submit Tour Diaries immediately.

4. District wise pending Legal issues Review is going on in head office and observed that, counters not

filed in some court cases. All such counters should be filed by the end of December 2019.

5. The CMOs in the districts are directed to submit a latest detailed report about distribution of

uniforms and formation of Parent Committees.

6. Instructions issued vide Rc.No.1250/AWP&B/RMSA/2017 dt: 04.11.2019 to all DEOs and APCs on

04 November 2019 along with guidelines, Model MOU, District wise list of schools to implement

the Self Defense programme from 11.11.2019. But in many areas not yet started the programme.

As per the instructions of the State project director reviewed with all the GCDOs on

21.11.2019 through Video Conference to request them speedup the process. But the

following districts have still not completed the MOU process and not started the

programme of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, East Godavari, West Godavari, Prakasam, Nellore,

Kadapa & Kurnool districts.

The GCDOs in the districts are directed to submit a latest report on Conducting Self defense

programme.

7. Status of Mou for existing 2- Urban Residential Schools and 13 Urban Residential Hostels.

Additional Project Coordinators of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Chittoor, YSR Kadapa are not

completed the MoU process. They are informed to complete the MoU process on or before 16-12-

2019 and additional project coordinator, Nellore is also requested to complete the MoU for

remaining 1 URS and 1 URH Nellore.

8. Enrollment status in the existing 2- Urban Residential Schools and 13 Urban Residential Hostels.
