Trarumit the excess received amount against the number of mandals in
district - Revised instructions - Issued.

The DEO & Ex-officio Project Coordinator and Addl.Project Coordinator of
Samagra Shiksha, Kadapa district is informed that, Sport day grant is released to all
districts vide this office Procs.Itc.no. ssA-15024 / 46/zotg-sAMo-ssA , dt.
75/72/2079 for conduct of the Celebration of Sports Day on 30th January 2O2O at
Mandal Level in Andhra Pradesh as follows:-
1. Kadapa .I{s. 6.60 Lakhs instead of Ils. 5.10 lakhs( Actual Mandals 51)
2. Kurnool .Its. 5.10 Lakhs instead of Ils. 5.50 Lakhs (Actual Mandals 55)
3. Chittoor .Rs.5.50lakhs instated of Rs. 6.60lakhs (Actual Mandals 55)
Further the DEO & Ex-officio Project Coordinator and Addl.Project
Coordinator of Samagra Shiksha, Kadapa district is requested to retransmit the Sport
Day grant which was the total Rs.1.50 Lakhs excess amount received from this office
noted below:-
To transfer the amount Rs.40,000 to Kurnool district out of Rs. 1.50 lakhs
received from this office.
'l'o transfer the amount Its. 1.10 lakhs to Chittoor clistrict out of Rs.1.50 lakhs
received from this of{ice.
The DEO & Ex-officio Project Coordinator and Addl.Project Coordinator of
Samagra Shiksha, Kadapa district is requestecl to take immediate necessary action in
this matter and furnish compliant rcport to this office.
