It is proposed to conduct a One-day orientation programme for all the GCDOs &

Asst. GCDOs of the State on 07-01-2020 on the following issues.

Morning Session:

1. GCDOs duties and responsibilities. Job Chart.

2. Monitoring of KGBVs, Academic Monitoring

3. Menu Implementation

Afternoon Session:

Reporting of GCDOs District wise about their Visits from their Joining

June on wards

a. Month wise details of Visits of KGBVS

b. Observation points & identified issues.

What

the steps taken for set right the issues

d. Highlighted points if any

e. Menu implementation issues if any

5. Reporting of Asst GCDOs on the above all the items

6. Conclusion - Remarks

Hence all the DEOs & Ex- Officio Project coordinators/ Addl. Project Coordinators,

Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby directed to depute the GCD0 and Asst. GCDOs of

their respective district for one day review meeting/ Orientation Programme on 07-01-2019.

The TA & DA for the participants to met from the DPO cost of their respective Districts.

This has got the approval of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP.
