ORDER:

In continuation to the instructions issued in the references read above the

attention of all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the

state are informed that directions have been issued to send all the Tappals and

any correspondence pertaining to the 0/o Commissioner of School Education, A.P

Amaravati to the tappal section ID i.e., TAPALS(CSE-AP) through e-office only. In

spite of specific instructions and repeated reminders all the RJDSEs /DEOs have

been still sending physical copies to this office.

Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational Officers in the state are once again instructed to send all the tappals

and any correspondence pertaining to the O/o Commissioner of School Education,

A.P, Amaravati to the tappal section ID i.e., TAPALS(CSE-AP) through e- office only

w.e.f 01.01.2020. Any Physical tappals sent w.e.f 01.01.2020 will not be accepted

in this office either in the tappals section or in the CSE Peshi.

Further it has also came to the notice of the undersigned that still some

offices have been processing files manualy deviating the instructions of the

Government. Hence they are strictly informed that they should not process any

physical files and all the correspondences should be made through e-office only.

The e-office usage analytics in terms of File Pendency and Disposal etc. will be

monitored regularly.
