The attention of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor is invited to
the reference read above and he is instructed to consider the candidature
of Smt C.Banu Priya, H.T.No.18101440032126, Rank 483 of SGT (Telugu)
in DSC 2018 provisionally selected under PH (V.H) category on the basis
of the disability certificate submitted on 28-6-2019 and refer the
candidate to the Regional Eye Hospital, Kurnool for obtaining the genuinity
certificate with Percentage in the matter.
