Immediate attention of the all District Educational Officer/Ex.officio Project

Coordinators, and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha of the State is

drawn to the chain of correspondence cited, where in they were requested to furnish

the detailed report on supply of stitched Uniforms by APCO to the 9th to 11h class

students studying in all 352 KGBV schools for the academic year 2018-19. Till the date

no report is from them due to which this office is unable to make payment of the

balance amount to the APCO.

Hence all the District Educational Officer & Ex.officio Project Coordinators and

Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby instructed to

furnish the detail report within two days without fail.

Please treat this as Most Urgent.
