SPANDANA Planning Department Solutions workshop held on 11.1O.20i9 Effective monitoring and coordination actionable points- certain Instructions

The attention of all the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra

Shiksha in the State are informed that, the Government have communit;atr:d

the summary of discussions on SPANDANA workshop chaired by the Chief

Secretary to Government and the Principal Secretary to Government , School

Education Department is going to review the status of grievances received

under SPANDANA Programme.

Further it is informed that the Government have instructed to prepare

SOPs (Standard operating Procedure) for quality redressel of the Grievances

on SPANDANA solutions at district level in o lo Additional Project

Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha and appoint a responsible Officers as a Nodal

Officer for Spandana at District Level'

Therefore all the Additional Project coordinator, Samagra Shiksha in

the State are requested to depute a responsible Officer as a Nodal ()ffit:er

for sPANDANA at District Level and intimate the name of lhe Nodal officer ttr

this office immediatelY.
