ORDER
The Chief Accounts Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer of this office is informed that the Government have sanctioned an amount of Rs.36,73,88,000/- ( Rupees Thirty Six Crores Seventy Three lakhs Eight Eight Thousand Only) in response to this office letter 5"" cited from the BE 2019-20 under the revised Head
of Account towards implementation of Mid Day Meals scheme for I-VIII classes in the State for the year 2019-20.
Hence, the sanction is hereby accorded to release of amount of Rs.35,42,10,000/-(Rupees Thirty Five Crores Forty Two Lakhs Ten Thousand Only) to the Districts to meet the
expenditure towards Cooking Cost, Food grains, CCHs and an amount of Rs.1,31,78,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty One Lakhs Seventy Eight thousand Only) will be kept at the disposal of AAO of this office for drawl of amounts for centralized payments of arrear bills of Cooking Cost, Red Gram Dal Bills and Edible Oil Bills is as follows
