Mana Badi; Naadu-Nedu is a prestigious programme initiated by the State

Government for transformation of Government schools in the State. Hon'ble Chief

Minister has launched the program officially on 14.11.2019 and set the time line to

prepare and sanction the estimates by 05.12.2019. Already 50 Master trainers have

been trained on 4th and 5th November 2019 on Mana Badi; Naadu-Nedu concept

and activities. ln the first phase a total of 15,715 schools are identified for

transformation through strengthening of infrastructure. A refined list of the schools

based on the revised guidelines by the Government will be sent by 18,11.2019, Now

the software for School Transformation Monitoring System (STMS) has been

developed and kept ready.

2. ln this connection, it is proposed to conduct a state level training programme

to Master Trainers (Engineers only) at State Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, KBC

zP High school (Boys), Patamata, Vijayawada on 19.11.2019. All the Master

Trainers are requested to attend thetraining program to be presented sharply by 10

A.M. on 18.11.2019. The CMOs/AMOs who attended the Masters Training program

need not attend this training as this is purely technical.

3' The State Government has recently decided that the panchayat Raj

Engineering Department and Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department are

also as implementing agencies of Mana Badi; Naadu-Nedu program. Hence it is

requested that the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj Engineering Department and

the Engineer-in-Chief, Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department shall send

one Master Trainer Engineer from each district for Mana Badi; Naadu-Nedu program
