Extension of one year service to the Teachers/HMs who got National and State Best Teacher Awards - Payment of salaries to the retired such teachers/HMs - Forwarding the pension proposals to the A.G., A.P. - Instructions
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and
the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference 3rd
cited, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Amaravati has issued orders
as the extension of one year service is in contradiction of the Act.4 of 2014,
published in AP Gazette on 27th June,2014 wherein the age of Superannuation
of all the employees in the State is specified as 60 years and addressed to the
Government for clarification and to withhold such claims until further orders in
the matter as per G.O.Ms.No. 101, School Education (General) Department,
dated 31-12-2018.
In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner of School Education,
A.P., Amaravati have already issued instructions to the all the Regional Joint
Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State
not to continue the Teachers/HM's who got National and State Best Teacher
Awards beyond the retirement day, until the clarification orders are received
from the Government on the matter. Accordingly, pension cases such
.
teachers/Headmasters may be processed and settled.
In the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner of School Education,
A.P., Amaravati has already informed to the all the Regional Joint Directors of
School Education and the District Educational Officers
