All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educa tional Ofticers

and Project Otticers, 5A are hereby intormed that the Government of India have

introduced "Samagra Shiksha'" as an Integrated Scheme for School Education as aa

Centrally Sponsored Scheme during the year 2018-19. This programme subsumes the

three erstwhile Centrally Sponsored Schemes of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA).

Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) and Teacher Education (TE). In

accordance with the programme, Sarva shiksha Abhuyan is renamed as samagra

shiksha duly integrating ot Kashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan and

Accordingly, Government in G.0.Ms.No.71, School Education Department,

dated 17.10.2019 have changed the nomenclature of the post ot Project Oticer, ssA as

"Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha" and the post of District Educational

Oticer as Ex-otticio. District "rojectoordinator, amagra shniksha.urther,

Government in G.O.Ms.NO.76, School Education Department, dated 29.10.2019 have

revamped the administrative structure of Samagra Shiksha and issued operational

8uidelines.

n view of the above guidelines, all the Project Officers of S5A and District

Educational Officers are hereby informed that the Project Otficer is redesignated as

Additional Froject 0ordinator and hencetorth no correspondernce should De receivecd

officio Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha only. All the Additional Projeet

Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha are also requested to put up all files to the District

Collector through the District Educational Oficer & Ex-officio Project Coordinator,

Samaga Shiksha.
