Sub: -Swachhata Pakhwada and Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS), 2019 - reg. Madam/Sir,
| am directed to refer to this Department's letter No. 27-6/2019-IS.9 dated 27" August 2019 enclosing therewith revised suggested action plan for Swachhata Pakhwada,
2019. Two activities namely (i) Essay writing competition on ‘Plastic Waste Free India’ on 7" September 2019 and (ii) Letter writing competition among school students based on the theme ‘Letter to Bapu’
, in two categories (I: class lil to V and Il: class VI to All), on 13" September 2019, were suggested in the ibid letter.
In this regard, it is requested that the best entries for essay writing competition may be uploaded by 8:00 PM on 12” September, 2019 and for
letter writing competition by 8:00 PM on 17 September, 2019 on Google Drive alongwith translated copy of the text of essay/letter, in Hindi or English,
if the top entries for Essays/ Letters are written in a language other than English or Hingi, also indicating name, class & schoo! details of the students selected at State level.
