Rescheduling of Dates of September Primary School Complex Meetings

All the Project Officers of SSA and District Educational Officers in the State are

informed that as per the vide reference l't cited instructions were issued to conduct September

Month Complex meetings on 19th and2Orh 2019.

2. Further all the Project Officers of SSA and District Educational Officers in the State are

informed that vide reference 2nd cited scheduled were issued to complete the SMC elections for

electing the new parent committees between 16.09.2019 to 23.09.2019. All the Teachers are

involving in election Process for electing new parent committees in the State.

3. In this regard the September Month Primary School Complex meetings re-scheduled on

24th and,25ft September 2019.

4. In view of the above, the Project Officers of SSA and District Educational Officers in

the State are informed to take necessary steps accordingly.
