IEDSS – Payment of salaries to 114 SGTs promoted as School Assistants (Special Education) under the scheme of Samagra Shiksha

I wish to inform that in the reference 3rd cited Government has issued

orders for filling up of 860 vacant School Assistant posts (Special Education) in 13

districts of Andhra Pradesh. In that 70% i.e. 602 School Assistant posts will be

filled through direct

recruitment and 30% i.e. 258 posts will be filled through

promotions to the eligible SGTs (Special Education).

I further inform that several DEOs & Teacher Unions in the state have

requested that regarding the release of salaries to the 860 School Assistant posts

(Special Education) and 114 promoted Teachers of SA (Special Education) have

joined in the month of July 2019 and working in the respective schools concerned.

But regarding the release of salaries to those teachers are not able to submit their

bills in the CFMS portal as the concerned STO/DTOs are not accepting the bills.

In this connection I further inform in the ref 1st & 2nd cited finance

concurrence from the Government regarding the release of salaries for the 860

school Assistant posts is issued.
