The attention of the all the Project Officers of Samagra Shiksha is invited to the

subject cited that, as per the permissions accorded by the Govt. of A.P, Ananda

Vedika Programme is to be implemented in all schools during the academic year

2019-20. In this regard, Teachers’ Handbooks will be transported to the Division

points by SCERT shortly, in August 2019. In this regard, the following guidelines are

to be followed for the dispatch of the books to the Mandal and School points.

1. All the Mandal Educational Officers of the Division Head Quarter should

receive the Ananda Vedika books in their respective divisions as per the

indent given in the annexure – 1

2. All the AMOs should make necessary arrangements to transport the books

from the Divisional Head Quarters to the MRCs of that division

3. Transportation cost from Division to Mandal will be provided to Project

Officers, SMSA by SCERT and the amount will be credited in the P.D account

of P.O SMSA.

4. Transportation arrangements shall be made by the MEOs concerned and the

transportation expenditure shall be paid by the SSA, as per the norms given in

the Annexure – 2. Project Officer should duly submit Utilization Certificate and

refund unspent balance if any, to the Director SCERT, A.P Amaravati.

5. AMO SSA should provide Mandal wise indent to the MEO of the Division Head

Quarters, in order to arrange for books distribution accordingly. You should

follow the distribution guidelines furnished in the Annexure – 3 while preparing

the indent.

6. All the MEOs, once they receive Ananda Vedika books from division, they

should inform the Head Masters of Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools

of the MP/ZP/Govt/KGBV/APMS/Municipal/APSWREIS/APTWREIS/BC

welfare/APREIs Managements in the Mandal to collect books as per the

distribution guidelines, furnished in the Annexure - 3

7. One set of books of all levels shall be distributed to the Pvt. Aided and Pvt.

Unaided institutes subject to the availability of books after the distribution to

the above said managements.
