Consultant to monitor the KGBV s in Rayalaseema region (Kurnool, Anantapur, Kadapa & Chittoor ) on

purely temporary and contract b sis initially for a period of one year w.e.f. 01.08.2019. The services of the

above individual are engaged on he following terms and conditions:

I. A fixed remuneratio of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) per month will be paid with a

provision to hire veh cle for visits.

2. The individual shou d collect all statistical data pertaining to his sector and to update it from time

to time and should b able to submit the same to higher authorities whenever required.

3. The individual shall nder take field visits as and when required, for which he will be eligible to

claim consolidated mount for Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) per month towards all

contingent expenses uch as DA for the tour days.

4. The individual shoul be available during office hours on all working days of the Government. In

addition, he should e available whenever his services are required on holidays/ after office hours

due to urgent works.

5. The individual sho Id get prepared with relevant information / records for review meetings,

seminars, conferenc s, workshops and group discussions including report writings, preparation of

project report, docu entation work etc., whenever they are conducted by Govt. of A.P.I Govt. of

India.

6. The individual shal attend to such other duties entrusted by the Vice Chairperson of SSA,

Commissioner of Sc 001 Education / State Project Director from time to time.

7. The individual is eli ible for availment of (15) days Casual Leave in a calendar year or as may be

fixed by the State Pr ject Director, SSA, A.P. Amaravati for the contract period. He is not eligible

for any other kind 0 leave. In case of excess leaves taken, the remuneration paid will be reduced

proportionately. He hould submit work done report before 5th of every month.

8. Her performance sh II be reviewed after (1) month of his joining duty.

9. The services of the individual are engaged for a period of (12) months initially. Further, the

contract of the indi idual is subject to termination at any time without assigning any reasons

thereof at one month notice. Further, the individual will not claim any right of permanent

employment.

10. The individual is a ointed purely on contractual basis and will not disclose any information /

material to any third party or act in any prejudicial manner which affects, the interests of the SSA

or its related organiz tion.

II. The appointee shall prepare a work plan every month and submit the same to the State Project

Director, SSA, A.P., maravati and/or to the concerned official.

12. The appointee shal report for duty before the State Project Director, APSSA, Amaravati

immediately.

13. The appointee shall xecute a Contract of employment immediately.
