The attention of the District Educational Officer, YSR Kadapa is invited

to the references read above and she is informed that in this office

proceedings 1st read above it was directed to follow the tender conditions

read with orders of Government issued from time to time. But, she has

again requested for clarity on this issue.

Hence, She is informed that the Condition No.V of G.O.Ms.No.37,

ICDS Department dated:12-02-2019 read as “EMD/Performance security

deposit should be collected @ 10% value on monthly indent or 1% value

on estimated one year requirement. No exemption is permitted. This is to

ensure seriousness among the tenderers as otherwise, there were

incidents wherein the tenderers quoted at very less transportation cost

and failed to supply at later dates”.

The District Educational Officer, Kadapa is requested to follow the

above condition/rule as per orders of Government in the matter.

This has the approval of the Commissioner of School Education,

Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
