The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited wherein the admission schedule for admissions into S.S.C & Intermediate courses of APOSS for the year 2019-2020 was communicated vide reference cited and it is proposed to organize the One day Orientation Program and Enrolment Drive.

Further, the One day Orientation Program is to be conducted with the A.I Coordinators/Head Masters/Principals of Institutions and field functionaries /DyEOs/Lecturers of 1.A.S.E, C.T.E/ D.I.E.T/RIOs/ D.V.E.Os/Principals of Jr. Colleges and MEOs. They are also requested to give orientation on admission guidelines, online application procedure, responsibilities of AI Coordinators and “Nava Nirdesaalu” (copy enclosed). The proposed Enrolment drive schedule is given below.

Battalions, State Juvenile Homes, Central Prisons’ inmates 5 09.07.2019 sce e Program with Madarsas, Voluntary organizations 6 Sensitization Program with Revenue, Health, Panchayat, Electricity Employees/Workers/Trade Unions, Transport Dept., 1 22.07.2019 & | Field Visits and Sensitization programmes in 27.07.2019 | Uncovered Mandals/Mandals with low enrolment.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take immediate steps for the successful conduct of One day Orientation Program and enrolment drive as per given schedule. They are also requested to inform the Al Coordinators of Junior Colleges to submit the regular intermediate nominal rolls (March, 2019) for the renewal of Study Centers during 2019-20
