TheattentionofalltheRDMAsandMunicipalCommissionersinthe59ULBswhere

educationalinstitutionsexistareinvitedtothereferencescited.Inthereference2ndcited,

necessaryinstructionwereissuedtoalltheRDMAs/Commissionersof(59)ULBsto

followtheinstructionsmentionedthereinwithregardtotheworkadjustmentofsurplus

teachersintheULBskeepinginviewofpupilsinterest.

2. In the reference 3rd cited,necessaryinstructions were issued to follow the

instructionswithregardtotheaccommodationofMunicipalTeachersfoundsurplustothe

foundclosureschoolsidentified(noteacherschools).

3. Further,theundersignedhasnoticedthat,theenrollmentinMunicipalSchoolshas

beenincreasedthroughRajannaBadiBataProgrammefortheacademicyear2019-2020,

hencethereiseveryneedtogivequalityeducationtothestudentsinview ofpupils

interest.Basedonthenewstrength,keepinginviewofevendistributionofteachersfrom

surplustodeficitschools,henceworkadjustmentistobetakenupbyalltheRDMAsand

CommissionersofGVMCandVMCforMunicipalSchoolswithinULBpurelyonneedbasis.

4. Therefore,alltheRDMAsandCommissionersofGVMCandVMCarerequestedto

takeimmediatenecessaryactionregardingworkadjustmenttoaccommodatesurplus

teacherstodeficitschoolspurelyonworkadjustmentbasiskeepinginview ofearlier

instructionsissuedvidereference3rdcitedandkeepinginviewpupilsinterestandtogive

qualityeducationtopupilsfortheacademicyear2019-2020dulyfollowingtheinstructions

givenbelowscrupulously;

Primary&UpperPrimarySchoolsbasedonthetotalenrollmentof1to5

classesindescendingorder.

c)PrioritytotheSeniorTeacherstobegiveninallocationofsurplusteachersto

theneedyschools.
