programmes to be taken u r this scheme is communicated here with to

you for information and to action accordingly in coordination with Education

Department / POs con d. The day to day reporting format for Swachata Action Plan communi by the MoEF&CC is also enclosed here with for furnishing the activi€y t&this Office for onwards transmission to MoEF&CC, GOI, New Delhi. The funds are being received shortly. A copy of the guidelines for the implementation of Swachata Action Plan communicated here with for adopting

the same while organizing the programme.

You are therefore, request you to take action as per the schedule and

furnish the daily report after completion of the day programme without fail.
