School Education - S.C.E,R.T.. A.P., Amaravati - Advances released fo the Districts for conduct of different programmes —- Detailed vouchers/bills of expenditure, U.Cs along with unspent balances — Settlement of advances — Requested —
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the subject cited and they are informed that $.C_E.R.1., has released certain advances to the districts fowards conduct of different programmes, Trainings
and workshops with a condition to settle the advances immediately after completion of the programmes.
It is regretted to mention that even after completion of the programmes and frequent reminders there on in the matter, Detailed vouchers/bills of expenditure, U.Cs along with unspent balances are siill awaited from the districts which is resulting delay/stoppage funds from Govt, of A.P./Gol.
Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the state are once again requested to submit the Detailed vouchers/bills of expenditure, U.Cs along with unspent balances for setilement of advances released to their respective districts by 10.05.2019, failing which the matter will be brought to the notice of the Commissioner of School Education for furiher orders,
This should be treated as Most Urgent.
